Privacy policy

Ronda is operated for small business field service. This marketing site and billing are separate from each company workspace. What we collect on this site: company name, contact name, email, locale preference, and payment-related identifiers when you subscribe to the product. If you join the mailing list, we store your email (and optional name) in our self-hosted list manager to send product updates you opted into. We use self-hosted, cookie-less analytics (Plausible) on this site to understand aggregate traffic — no advertising cookies and no personal profiles for ads. Product data (customers, jobs, photos, signatures) lives in your private company workspace — not mixed into our marketing records. We use a payment processor to handle subscriptions. We do not store full card numbers. Contact: use the email on your payment receipt or the operator domain for ronda.neutronix.tech. You may request deletion of your marketing signup or mailing-list record; workspace data is deleted when your subscription ends and the workspace is decommissioned.
