Terms of service

By subscribing to Ronda you agree to pay the listed monthly fee for a private company workspace and access to the mobile application. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account status page (the link we email after checkout, or that you can request again with the owner email used at signup) via Manage billing. After cancellation, access ends at the close of the paid period; we may delete the workspace thereafter. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable. A free public demo is available so you can verify that Ronda meets your needs before you subscribe. The service is provided as-is for operational field service workflows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for accounts you create for technicians, for lawful use of customer data, and for backing up critical records. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ronda.neutronix.tech unless otherwise required.
